Ordering takes about 10 minutes from start to checkout. Most Australian-made kits arrive in about 6–14 business days door to door — a few days in production at our Australian print partner plus standard courier. Imported specialty pieces take about 18–24 business days; the exact delivery time is always shown on the product and in your cart before you pay.

You do not need one. Skip the upload and your text becomes the design — team name across the chest, player number on the back, a club motto on the sleeve. Type it, pick a print zone, and we set it in a print-safe font straight onto the kit.

Yes — add a text component at step 3. Pick a print zone (chest, front, back, sleeve, cap front) and type the name or number. It renders instantly in print-safe type, ready to go. Per-unit names and numbers across a bundle are landing soon.

Yes — both, flat-rate $11 AUD, free on orders over $120. Most orders reach AU addresses in about a week after dispatch, and NZ a few days more (same Australian facility for both). Imported specialty pieces take longer (about 18–24 business days), with the delivery time shown before you pay; any customs is absorbed. Pricing is in AUD; NZD coming as our NZ customer base grows.

You approve the live preview before anything is printed. Iterate as many times as you want, or walk away — nothing is charged until you hit approve. If the printed item doesn’t match the approved proof, we reprint or refund in full.

Yes. Either add each size and quantity in the wizard, or use the share-a-link group order flow: lock your design, paste the link in your team chat, everyone picks their own size, and we bundle into a single delivery.

Alongside them: a Bella+Canvas 3501 long-sleeve, Yupoong snapback and dad caps, an Otto Cap beanie, a SOL’S windbreaker, and a performance line from Under Armour (Rival hoodie, tech polos) and Next Level. The exact garment is listed on every product card; sample kits on request via the bulk lane.

Because every item is custom-made, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Our reprint-or-refund promise covers any quality issue or mismatch against the approved proof — whether the kit uses your logo, a text design, or both. Full details on the /refunds page.

Yes. Drop Merch is a registered Australian business (ABN shown at checkout). We issue proper tax invoices with GST broken out — required for anyone claiming it as a business expense.
