1. About Drop Merch

Drop Merch is operated by Cameron Raiman (ABN pending). We provide a custom merch ordering service for Australian and New Zealand teams and organisations. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are custom-made on demand via Printful from their Australian fulfilment centres. Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring your logo and design are correct before approving your proof.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. A one-time $10 setup fee applies to cap orders to cover embroidery setup.

4. Shipping

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping is a flat $11 AUD, free on orders over $120. Australian-made items typically arrive in about 6–14 business days door to door (a few days in production plus standard shipping); imported specialty pieces take about 18–24 business days. The exact window for your items is always shown on the product and in your cart before you pay. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

5. Intellectual property

You confirm that you own or have the right to use any logo or artwork you submit. Drop Merch accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied designs.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
